Yes, you can order just one! We don’t require a minimum quantity for custom products.
3. Do you sell blank apparel or do I need to provide my own?
We sell a wide range of blank apparel ready for customisation & you can also BYO -bring your own.
4. Can I order multiple products with different designs?
Yes! You can customise each item individually in your cart.
5. Can I pick up my order ?
Yes—order pickup is available by appointment only from our production studio.
6. Are there any order limits or minimums?
No minimums for most products. Bulk pricing applies to larger quantities.
7. Do you offer rush or expedited orders?
Yes, rush orders are available.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a change within 24 hours—please contact us ASAP

9. How do I upload my artwork or design files?
During customisation, you can upload images directly or choose from our ready-made designs.
10. What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PNG (transparent preferred), JPEG, SVG, PDF, and EPS. For best results, use 300 DPI PNG .
11. Can I get help with design or artwork setup?
Absolutely! We provide free basic design assistance and mockups before printing. You'll receive them as part of your quote.
12. Can I see product samples before ordering?
We don’t offer physical samples, but we do provide digital mockups upon request. You'll receive them as part of your quote.
13. How do I know if my design will look good on the product?
Our design tool shows real-time previews. We’ll also send mockupsas part of your quote.
14. Can I save my design for future orders?
Yes, just create an account and your saved designs will be stored.
16. Do you offer print-on-demand services?
Yes! Great for creators, small brands or businesses . Contact us to request quote .

We currently offer DTF printing—best for vibrant, durable designs on various fabrics.

Standard production is 10 to 14 business days.
